The main space ceilings are coming down! Here are some photos of how it looked before and currently.
Our Inspo for this space is industrial modern with exposed ducts and warm lighting. We are going to have a mid-century modern flare throughout as an homage to the architectural elements and the construction from the 50s.
We have also had the entire building powerwashed. It's seen better days and didn't seem to have been cleaned in such a long time.
The drive through area is now cleaned and ready for some outdoor pop-up events :) We want to be able to host some live music, small businesses, and are accepting applications for food trucks to park here and serve the town.
The roof was also recently replaced. In the future, we plan to add decking and make a rooftop area for a bar, private events, or an idea we haven't thought of yet. :)
